Welcome to the San Diego Central Seventh-day Adventist Church website. Our church is growing, it is vibrant, and we are excited to be together and grow in Christ together.

At San Diego Central, we strive to be real, welcoming, and loving. We want our church to really feel like a happy family...we don't want to just talk about it, we want to be it!

UPCOMING EVENTS

  1. Friday, January 27, 7:30-8:30 p.m. Join the Worship Ministries Team for a second Bible study as they learn about the Bible principles of worship. The Bible principles as described in the book Levite Praise will be the focus of this meeting. Please read the book prior to this meeting.
  2. Saturday, January 28. Monthly Mountaintop Prayer Meeting. Meet at the Blue Sky Ecological Reserve, 16275 Espola Road, Poway, California. (We will meet at the parking lot of the reserve). What to wear & bring: Hiking shoes, hat, bottled water, etc.
  3. Sunday, January 29, 10 a.m. Sunday Sports Day is planned at Villa La Jolla Park near UCSD.   
  4. Saturday, February 4, Deacon's Orientation Meeting All deacons and deaconesses are requested to be at this very important orientation meeting, following potluck.
  5. Sunday, February 5, 10 a.m. Sunday Sports Day is planned at Villa La Jolla Park near UCSD.
  6. February 5, 3:30 p.m. Super Bowl Party at the Oh's. It all starts with a game of flag football at 10:30 am.  Then, head over to the Oh's for great food and the game. RSVP for this event HERE or call Pastor Joey to let him know you're coming.  Also, we're looking for people to organize the flag football game or decorate, so if you can help, call Pastor Joey at (760) 498-3004 or email him at  pjoeyoh@gmail.com.    
  7. February 11, 5:30 p.m. High School Youth Dinner and Games at the Oh's house in Escondido.   
  8. Sunday, February 12, 10 a.m. Sunday Sports Day is planned at Villa La Jolla Park near UCSD.
SABBATH PROGRAMS

9:30 to 10:15 a.m.  

  1. Sabbath morning slot for KIDZ will be a coordinated and active time for fun, games, and music for kids in our church.
  2. During this time, we also have a joint General Sabbath School Welcome in the main sanctuary (with translation). 

10:30-11:30 a.m.  

  1. English Sabbath School for all ages
  2. Korean Worship Serivce

11:45 to 12:45 p.m.

  1. English Worship Service
  2. Korean Sabbath School

1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
