Our children are #1 at Poway SDA. Every summer we hold a week-long Vacation Bible School. Games, crafts, snacks, singing, and Bible stories keep the kids coming back every night.
VBS will be held the last week of June, culminating with a worship celebration on June 27, 2009.

Adventurers is a Christian family club for kids 5 to 9 years of age and their parents. We have meetings the first Saturday and Sunday of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. from September to May.

Pathfinders is a Christian club for kids 10 to 16 years of age. We have meetings the first Saturday and Sunday of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. from September to May.

Every week on Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. the children meet to sing and learn the stories of the Bible. They also do crafts and games that go along with those Bible stories. Our Sabbath School teachers keep this time fun for our kids! Classes are available for Cradle Roll, Kindergarten, Primary, Juniors, and Youth! Classes are also available in English and FIlipino dialects for the adults.

Every Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. the Pastor leads out in an adult Bible study class at the church. In addition, home Bible study groups are being held in Mira Mesa, Poway, and Temecula. A group in Escondido will be starting soon.

We have a programs for our
teens and young adults. In addition, the youth and young adults are encouraged to get involved in every aspect of church life. Our young people regularly participate in platform duties in our worship service. In addtion, they help with deacon, deaconess, social, and potluck activities. Our children and youth are vital to our church family.

Having the Bible come alive through drama livens up our worship service. We produce original plays at Easter and at Christmas, which include acting, music, and scripture readings. All are invited to participate.

The Poway SDA Church is an active member of the North County Adventist Choir, made up of individuals from the Poway, Valley Center, Fallbrook, Maranatha, and 31st Street Adventist churches. The Christmas Cantata will be performed December 11 and 12, 2009. Directions
